Return & Exchange Policy

• You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery if the product is damaged, defective, not based on Color because items can feel slightly different in colors due to viewing on the screen and naked eyes.
• To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with order details and images of the product.
• The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.

Refund Process

• Once the return request is approved, we will arrange for pickup.
• After successful inspection, the refund will be initiated within 2-3 business days to your original payment method.
• In case of an exchange, we will process and dispatch the replacement product at the earliest.

Non-Returnable Items

• Customized or made-to-order furniture is not eligible for returns, except in case of manufacturing defects or damage during transit.
• Minor variations in wood grain, texture, or natural imperfections are part of authentic Sheesham wood furniture and will not be considered defects.
