- Custom or bulk orders may take additional time, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.

- Metro Cities: 5-10 business days
- Other Cities & Towns: 7-14 business days
- Remote Areas: 10-18 business days

6. Damaged or Delayed Shipments
- If your product arrives damaged, please report it within 24 hours of delivery with photos and order details. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.

- Our delivery team will attempt delivery twice. If undelivered, the product may be returned, and re-shipping charges will apply.
